SecondFirst Warranty
12 months. Every device.
What's covered
Any fault with internal components — battery, screen, logic board — that arises under normal use.
Battery condition is checked during inspection. Warranty applies to abnormal battery faults, not normal wear from daily use.
All ports, buttons, speakers, cameras and sensors are covered for the full 12-month period.

Exclusions
What's not covered
- Physical damage caused after delivery, including cracked screens or dents
- Water or liquid damage not present at time of sale
- Damage resulting from unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Normal cosmetic wear consistent with the graded condition
- Loss or theft of the device
These exclusions apply to the SecondFirst commercial warranty only. They do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
Your statutory rights
The legal guarantee
The consumer has a legal guarantee of conformity from the seller.
-
What you can expect
Under EU and Dutch law every device must match its description and work as you may reasonably expect.
-
What you're entitled to
If it does not, you are entitled to free repair or replacement, or to a price reduction or a refund.
-
How long it lasts
Dutch law sets no fixed end date for this right — how long it lasts depends on what you may reasonably expect from the device.
-
Burden of proof
For the first 12 months after delivery the seller must prove that the fault was not already present.
The SecondFirst warranty is a commercial guarantee on top of this right and never limits it.
